Chocolate and Ice LP
-
My Morning Jacket, the Louisville, KY outfit that continue to defy categorization, return with a new EP entitled "Chocolate and Ice." Equal parts Southern Blues, Americana and dreamy psychaedelica, My Morning Jacket's appeal stems from, among other things, the hauntingly raw vocals of lead singer and guitarist, Jim James. shop

Badman: Artists
Mark Kozelek
About:
Mark Kozelek has recorded six studio albums with Red House Painters, four solo albums, and two with Sun Kil Moon.
Kozelek has toured the world extensively as a solo artist and with Red House Painters. His songs have appeared in numerous movie and television soundtracks. Kozelek acted in the Cameron Crowe film “Almost Famous.” He played the bass player for Stillwater. He also compiled, and contributed tracks for Take Me Home – A Tribute to John Denver.
“Kozelek’s sparse, haunting delivery can render even the basest material achingly affecting, and coarse classics such as Love Hungry Man and Bad Boy Boogie are reinvented here as taut, maudlin masterpieces. Kozelek’s art is paramount.” – Q Magazine
