"Badman founder Dylan Magierek, who has shown his recording skill by making Mark Kozelek's solo material ring somehow far fuller than one thought vocals, an acoustic guitar, and some AC/DC covers might possibly sound, can again take a deep bow here. It would be wonderful if everything Badman put out was both recorded by Magierek..." - Dusted Magazine

“This 15-year celebration… features highlights from the many glorious records that wear the Badman Recording Co. imprint.” – iTunes editorial review of Make Some Quiet – 15 Years of Badman

“In the past few years the San Francisco label has solidified itself as arguably the best fledgling company in the indie-record biz, thanks to a roster nicely balanced between established acts (Hayden, Mark Kozelek of the Red House Painters, The Posies) and talented up and comers (the mind bendingly great My Morning Jacket, British folkie James William Hindle).”
- Rob van Alstyne, The Mac Weekly

“Badman seems to have established themselves as quite the formidable singer/songwriter label. I have yet to hear an untalented musician, and I have also yet to hear a lackluster singer.”
- Stinkweeds

“These sound sick !!! i cannot believe this record!! …i cannot get over how well everything is recorded.” - Jon Salter of Camera Records talking about the Mother Hips - Kiss the Crystal Flake album.
